What do you think of the flyer below?Last time I checked the one thing we have left is free speech. What do you think of handing out a flyer like this front of courthouses etc.?
Is Oppression of Fathers in the legal system spawned in the Legal schools?
Windsor Law School imposes overt open Discrimination Against Men!
The Windsor Star reports that the Legal Clinic at the University Of Windsor Law School has openly announced its policy of providing service to women but not to men.
The policy is: If a man is charged with domestic violence legal aid will not provide him with a defence. If a woman is charged with domestic violence legal aid will offer her a defence.
To make it clear: If a man walks into the legal aid clinic and says he has been charged with domestic violence, and wants help with preparing a defence, law students turn him away
If a woman walks into the legal aid clinic and says she has been charged with domestic violence, and wants help with preparing a defence, law students help her.
What the legal system is openly doing is denying men the due process of legal aid at the law school thus aiding the potential of falsely pumping up convictions of men while at the same time lowering them for women.
I think the undercurrent this policy will leave with the students is:
Women need a defence because they are all innocent. Men don’t deserve a defence because they are all guilty.
The law school should be teaching the students “all” are innocent until proven guilty. The law school should be teaching the students “all” deserve a defence, not just women. I think the law school is effectively teaching the students men are scum.
The Law School should not be preaching such values to future lawyers and Judges. I don’t think any man in his right mind would want to be tried by a Judge who came from such an institution for he might hold the values the institution tried to impart in him/her.
For those of you who require a very loud alarm clock to wake up, what would you think if the Law School had targeted a different group other than men? What if the policy read:
If a Jew is charged with domestic violence legal aid will not provide them with a defence. If a Christian is charged with domestic violence legal aid will offer them a defence.
I think good people will see that both policies, the hypothetical and the School’s real policy, represent utter and complete tyranny.
The Windsor Star Article outlined who endorsed and promoted this policy:
“Asked where the decision originated, Yaworsky replied that it came from Caille Cameron, the university’s dean of law.”
“According to Cameron, months of research and deliberation went into the decision, including consultation with experts and people in the field.”
I think it is telling that not only is the Dean the one originating the policy but it would appear a meticulous survey of the upper echelons of the legal system seem to agree that, yes men don’t deserve a defence but women do.
What is the true horror of this?
How do I specifically think one gets to be the Dean of a Law School and be in the position of power of overseeing and controlling the education/training of future Judges?
-holding and espousing similar values Judges use when dealing with men/women,
-holding and espousing similar values Judges use when making their decisions
-having the support of Judges, Adjudicators, magistrates or their surrogates during the long arduous journey to becoming Dean of the Law School.
I believe those who help raise a person onto this pinnacle do so under the understanding that this person, once in power, will be spreading the same type of seeds they, the Judges, Adjudicators, and Magistrates think should be spread. I think Judiciary mind-set is on full display by this policy.
Is it the Dean of the Law School fathers need fear? No. I think Fathers need to fear all those hands who helped lift her to this position. And where do those hands come from? The legal system. And who is at the top of the legal system? Judges
Judges legal understanding is built upon the foundation they receive from the legal schools. If it is exposed that the legal schools despise men and the system that educates future Judges instills such values in these Judges I think men who walk into a courtroom should not expect to get Justice. Here is a link to the article.
PS: Note this Policy will now be changed because I believe the system accidentally exposed a little more of its true self. This is tyranny against men. Fathers can no longer trust to receive Justice if being Judged by someone from such a system. Simply papering over these ingrained legal values by changing the policy will not eliminate the systems hatred only give it a chance to better hone its skills at using semantics and ambiguity to deny fathers justice. Peaceful and informed resistance is the key. When the Justice system says yes to discrimination we must say no to the Justice system.
